Is it FREE to use Embers?
Yes! Our platform is FREE to use for all clubs. However, some clubs may offer paid events or memberships, and creating a PRO club includes additional features, such as unlimited content storage.
Are there any fees related to the use of your payment service?
Yes, we charge a fee of 5.9% + 0.35 EUR for each transaction processed through our payment service. This fee is usually paid by the club owner and is fully transparent when setting up paid events or memberships.
Can I get discounts with a PRO level club?
Yes you can! By upgrading to a PRO-level club, you benefit from a reduced transaction fee of 3.9% + 0.25 EUR per transaction.
Are there limits to FREE and PRO level clubs?
Yes, there are some limits. In a FREE club, we store your content for up to 3 months. If you upgrade to PRO, we’ll store your content indefinitely, and you’ll also unlock other premium features.
